We will hire candidates on your behalf with our Value-pack plan. This includes: - Creating the job post. - Advertising the job vacancy (online). - Assess the candidates of your choice based on the specific discipline identified using the vacancy notice, job description, or position (e.g., customer service, human resources, accounting, etc.). - Use AI Technology to rank candidates based on their competencies and provide a report(s). How does it Work? Use our Contact Us page or email us at info@goingbeyondresumes.com, specifying: a. The type of service or plan you desire (Value-Pack). b. The number of employees you would like to be hired. c. The position to be advertised and a summary of duties, skills experience and educational background (optional - the vacancy notice can be developed from inception) 2. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you an overview of the recommended Assessment based on the position or vacancy notice. Our summary will include: a. The number of questions. b. The type of questions (multiple choice, text, video, etc.) c. The skills to be tested (accounting, communication, organization, leadership, strategy, etc.). 3. Once there are no objections, we will commence the recruitment and selection process. Updates will be provided at each stage. 4. Upon completing the process, report(s) will be generated and shared via email for your consideration. This email will be accompanied by our Invoice and banking details for processing. We are flexible and open to offering discount packages based on your recruitment needs. All information entrusted to us will be treated with strict confidence.
